  • As all things health and fitness, spin has evolved in a big way! Our classes are designed for you to ride to the beat while doing upper body choreographed movements at a comfortable pace allowing you to feel like you’re dancing on the bike.

  • Rhythm Riding is a popular form of exercise that involves riding a stationary bike to the beat of music. There are several benefits associated with Rhythm Riding:

    1.     Cardiovascular health: Rhythm Riding is an excellent cardiovascular workout. It gets your heart rate up and helps improve your overall cardiovascular fitness. It can also help reduce the risk of heart disease and improve heart health.

    2.     Low impact: Unlike some other forms of cardiovascular exercise, such as running, Rhythm Riding is low-impact and is easy on the knee/ankles joints.

    3.     Mood enhancement: Music is medicine for the mind and can help boost your mood and reduce stress. The release of endorphins during exercise can lead to a feeling of happiness and reduced anxiety.

    4.     Go at your own pace: Our classes allow you to control the intensity of your workout and you are absolutely free to go at your own pace and sit whenever you feel like you need to.

    5.     Community and social interaction: Group classes create a sense of community and camaraderie. This social aspect can make exercise more enjoyable and help you build connections with like-minded individuals.

    6.     Mental clarity: Our classes require concentration and coordination to keep up with the beat of the music and the instructor's cues. This can help improve your mental focus and cognitive skills.

It's important to note that while Rhythm Riding offers numerous benefits, it's essential to use proper form and technique to prevent injury. If you're new to this type of exercise, consider starting with a beginner class and gradually increasing the intensity as you become more comfortable and experienced. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns.
